Hello again, David Lee here for part 4 of my Tensou Gattai review. Today, we will start with the Gosei Headder Series Mystic Brother set.
This is how Mystic Brother is packaged.
Top - Egg Headder
Middle to Bottom - Mystic Runner
The Mystic Brother set is an extra set that doesn't actually go with Hyper Gosei Great. However, the set can connect with either the DX Gosei Great or the DX Datas Hyper.
SUMMON! MYSTIC BROTHER!
In the show, the Tensouder makes this sound when the Goseigers insert this card. This is how they summon the Mystic Brother to battle. Interestingly, the Mystic Brother can appear in different sizes, human size or mecha size in the show.
MYSTIC GOSEI GREAT! KOURIN!
This is how Mystic Gosei Great looks like. Pretty imbalanced. It doesn't stand well and a slight tip will have him fall towards the Mystic arm side. It's finisher is called the Mystic Strike by having the Egg Headder separate into 2 and encapsulate the target destroying it.
MYSTICK DATAS HYPER! UPGRADE!
This combi looks very wrong. Reminds me of Doraemon and his flying copter thing. Anyway, Mystic Datas Hyper has a special ability, which is aerial combat. With the Mystic Brother attached, the head adds a propeller and Datas Hyper is able to fly.
And now, for the bonus:
I got my issue of September 2010 Terebi Magazine and it was just for he sake of getting that freebie. YES, the Orange Exotic Brother Dragon Headder. This is supposed to be the last piece to be released but this is the only piece I got. Below are what I remember being released:
Bluish-Green (Cyan) - Sound Candy Headder
Purple (Indigo) - Gashapon (Capsule) Goseo Headder
Light Green - Tensou Sentai Goseiger Sound Album 1 (First Press)
The box that contains it is AWFULLY big. Look at the item. It's stuck in the middle among those card board trays.
The item taken out looks like this. Behold, it is of Gashapon nature because of it attributes leaning towards Gashapon Headder styles.
In comparison with the Dragon Headder from the DX Gosei Great, a few differences can be noted.
First, the golden horn on the head is stuck / glued to stick for the Orange Headder.
Secondly, the mouth of the Orange one does not open.
and Lastly, there are wheels on the bottom of the Orange one.
Having the Orange one on the Gosei Dragon's body looks a bit weird.
Closer look at the box that contains this item. This issue of Terebi Magazine also came with 2 Cards, 1 a Dice-O / Gosei Card featuring this Orange Dragon Headder and 1 Transformers Animated collection card. Of course, there's a poster featuring Dice-O waves 1 to 4 and Ganbaride wave 11. I love the artworks and the photos in this magazine.
Alright, this wraps up my Tensou Gattai reviews until I get my Gosei Grand. See you guys again later.
